Narrated Abdullâh bin ‘Umar ??? ???? ????? : Allâh’s Messenger ??? ???? ???? ???? while on the pulpit said about charity, and to abstain from asking others for some financial help, and begging others, saying: The upper hand is better than the lower hand. The upper hand is that of the giver and the lower (hand) is that of the beggar. (2:509O.B.)

Is there reward for good deeds conducted before one embraces Islam?

The reward for a person who is entrusted to give out sadaqah and he is honest.
Each deed creates momentum; good leads to good. Evil needs to evil.
The ability to do a good deed may be the reward for a previous good deed.
HADEETH 728
The du’a of the Angels each morning.
Allah will replace what you give in sadaqah.
If a person seeks to do things in a halal way, Allah will soon assist him.
Mocking the servants of Allah.
Seeking enrichment through marriage.
