as-salamu 'alaykum

Masha-Allah it's a very good idea to have the actually hadith and chapter headings added alongside each podcast. (including the Arabic)

This way you can listen to the dars with the actual Arabic and English text wherever you are in the world.

May Allah reward you immensely for it.

This was a really good dars. Shaykh explained how the hypocrites are even more dangerous than disbelievers. But the Prophet (peace be upon him) still chose to read the Janazah salah over Abdullah ibn Ubay ibn Salul (the leader of the munafiqs) despite the latter's planning and plotting against him throughout his life! subhan-Allah what mercy and forbearance!

Masha-Allah Shaykh explained the make-up of the Abyssinian Empire in detail. Abyssinia was an empire which had several kings and the King of kings of this empire was Najashi. This detail is not found in commonly read books of Seerah.

The story of Uthman ibn Ma'zun (May Allah be pleased with him) is covered in great detail. Listening to the hadith after listening to the story of this beloved companion is a real lesson.

Mashallah Shaykh covered rulings on the permissibility of being able to see the face of a deceased person.

Beautiful explanation of the word Janazah. Shaykh explains that the word Janazah comes from the word Janaza/yajniz to disappear.

When one dies and is enshrouded in the kafn and coffin and thus one has become a Janazah i.e. disappeared from the earth.(even before burial) Subhanallah.
